You can't talk about restaurants in Copenhagen and not mentioning NOMA. This restaurant was 1st on Restaurant Magazine's list for 4 years. No doubt that NOMA has set new standards for using local food and no doubt that 52 year wonder boy Claus Meyer and chef Rene Redzepi deserver a place in the Danish culinary history books, but is it worth the price of some 2,600 DKK (350€)?
Noma was closed for 2017 but has opened again as Noma 2.0 in new rooms at Refshalevej 96. The waiting list is long (early 2018 around 40K).
